Chelsea is the other who is spending, they spend 36.5million to purchase 3 players. Probably they are preparing for the transfer ban and African nations cup during January. They bought 2 forwards and 1 defensive midfielder.
Look at the premier league table after 6 games. Manchester is in 15th place, seems like money can’t buy you league title afterall. They even lost to Burnley a newly promoted club.
