Formation
Dear friends, in this page you can find out about the formation that i currently use for my Thurrock team. There is only one at the moment, i will add on here if i use any new formation or any changes to the current one. As i am in the lower league management, i think 4-4-2 is much more suitable to my players as their attributes are not so high. I will look at the possibilities to other new formation if i had better quality players in future.
